• Do not misuse or decompile our platform, nor attempt to reverse-engineer.

5. Fees and Payment

• Payments are processed monthly (or as specified). You authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method.

• All fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and branding on madlabz.uk are owned or licensed by us. You must not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.

7. User Content

You may supply call responses, scripts, branding details, and other content (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content, but grant us a global, royalty-free licence to use and process it. You confirm Your Content complies with all laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Service “as is” and make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits).
